Enrollment Procedure


Step 1 : Please proceed to the assessment counter for the processing of assessment form (AF) in duplicate. One assessment form per student must be completed.

Step 2 : After completion of the assessment form by the assessor, please bring the same to the Registrar’s counter for review. Also, submit the required documents for enrollment and 2 X 2 pictures.

Step 3 : Please bring the duly accomplished assessment form and documents to the Cashier’s window for payment. After payment, the Cashier will issue an official receipt, the Certificate of Matriculation (COM), and the counter-signed copy of the assessment form.

Step 4 : Kindly proceed to the administration counter to submit the order form for the uniform. Date of distribution os textbooks will be posted in the bulletin Board. Please bring OR for books and claim stub.

Step 5 : Please bring the class card and submit to the class adviser on the first day of classes.
